We collect what we need to process your bid and contact you.
The bid form collects name, email, item and size/condition, and USD bid. GoHighLevel stores each submission separately. A restricted service on Cloudflare securely processes saved submissions, records eligibility and notification history, and publishes aggregate bid amounts. The public page can show a current highest amount, accepted bid count and update time, never bidder names or contact information.
Email confirmation verifies a contact address; it is not a bidder account. VIP marketing consent is separate from placing a bid. You can bid without subscribing to marketing. Bid updates are sent by email.
Payments
No payment credentials are collected on this website. A separately issued payment request uses the payment provider’s own secure service.
Retention & requests
We keep bid and contact records only as needed for auctions, orders and associated support. For access or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Opting out of VIP marketing is separate from these requests.
