01 — Find your piece

Check the photos, size and condition. Some Vault pieces are new; others are previously worn or used. Review the selected size and condition before bidding.

02 — Place a bid

Enter your USD bid, name and email, then choose the exact size and condition. Verify your email for each submission. No account password or card is needed. Bidding does not reserve stock.

Your bid must meet the next minimum shown for the selected piece when received. After an accepted bid is published, the next minimum is $10 higher. Any larger raise is welcome; bids need not be multiples of $10. The displayed amount includes an update time, and updates normally appear within 60–90 seconds. Your identity and submissions stay private.

You can submit a higher bid using the same email before closing. We retain every submission and rank each collector’s highest eligible bid. Equal amounts rank by the time that amount arrived. You’ll receive a processed confirmation showing your submitted amount and whether it is currently highest, tied, below another accepted bid, or not accepted. If another collector first exceeds your effective bid amount, we’ll notify you once for that amount. A later higher bid from you creates a new amount eligible for its own first outbid alert. Check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

03 — Closing & payment

The launch closes November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. Bids received at or after closing are not eligible. After manual selection, selected collectors receive winning and payment instructions by email.

Bids exclude shipping. If selected, you choose from the shipping options quoted for your destination. Your 24-hour payment window begins when the complete payment request, including agreed shipping, is sent. Payment takes place through a separate provider; no payment has been taken when you receive a winner email.

If payment is not received within that window, the piece may be offered to the next eligible collector.
